The features of K series machine co***red with T series machine
We have K series machine with better performance and quality which have the all features of T series machine and its own features:
1. Higher corrosion resistance by hot galvanized surface treatment for the frame structure. The treatment is applied on the shape moulding machine of Germany Kurtz and Erlerbach only up to now.
2. Use the central energy distribution valve and large flow steam valve and air valve with balance responsive controller to realize the instance filling. The steam flow and demoulding air and mandril pole air and cooling air could be adjusted on the control board for faster production speed and low energy consumption. Co***red with T series machine, the energy-saving of K series machine could be improved about 10%.
3.Large volume barrel with filling position monitoring switch and filling inlet use new device for better seals and avoid filler return. The barrel equip with responsive balance controler for the pressurized filling and realize the pulse-type pressurized filling for better moulds filling.
4. Faster male mould running by the use large flow hydraulic drive system
5. Use the large volume condensation vacuum system and this brings the improvements on cooling speed and the vacuum effect and shortens the water cooling time and the demoulding temperature is about 80 ℃.
6. Special soft pipe for media transfering and this avoid the break of the pipe.
7. The longer lifetime of safety door by stainless safe door with industry al profiled bar.
8. The effictive supporting of the mould board by block board with adjustable supporting points.
9. Increase the applicability of the moulds by use of the multipoints steam output and cooling water distribution device.
10. Better water discharge capability of moulds by the use of large diameter water discharge pipes.
11. Use two 5.5kw Germany STERLING-SIHI vacuum pumps for better quality and brings larger air extraction.
